Each bank/credit union has different lending boxes or criteria to fund loans, normally surrounding development, repositioning, or fixed income assets.

We know the criteria these lenders use, and are able to navigate the lending process with grace and ease.

Banks generally require Recourse from their Commercial Property borrowers.

Banks historically will close on an asset in 60-90 days.
